Haunted Mansion closed September 4 - 20 to install the holiday overlay.
Alice in Wonderland closed October 8 - November 20.
"it's a small world" closed October 22 - November 8 to install the holiday overlay.
Disney's California Adventure
Midway Games closed for an unknown duration. The future of the games has been somewhat questionable due to the Toy Story Mania project, but some of the games remain open for now.
Toy Story Mania under construction. Opens 2008.
Golden Dreams closed September 11 - 20 to install the Halloween show.
Golden Dreams closed November 1 & 2 to remove the Halloween show.

What is the Halloween show they put in that theatre?

Mon, August 20, 2007 - 4:04 PMThey've done a few character meet-n-greets there, and I think that the GD theatre was used as a stopping point on the DCA trick-or-treat trail, but I hadn't heard a specific show being put in there. -

Fri, August 24, 2007 - 8:21 AMI didn't get to make it to see Golden Screams, but i do know that it was quite literally, a scream! The villians came out in full regalia and got the audience to vote on best villian, but scream stuff like that. I believe that the gauge was the amount of noise the audience could make.
I was more excited about the chance of taking pictures with Gideon from Pinocchio! You NEVER see him in the park. I recommend going to see whatever new show they install for Halloween. Disney won't let you down!

Thu, August 30, 2007 - 3:40 PMThere was a show last Halloween where all the Villians were out and on stage. (I wish I could remember the name right now!) It was a Villian version of an awards show where kids and adults alike would scream for who they liked best. Lots of fun and a way to rest in some a/c and a comfy seat.
Probably will be something like it again this year... at least I hope so! -
